This little cutie turned 2 on September 23rd!
Trying to take pictures of this girl is quite difficult. We got a few shots that worked but it ended in tears when she couldn't have candy!
Vivienne LOVES horses so I decided to make her a pony cake. She was so happy when she saw it for the first time.
2 little "choclateaholics" after enjoying their cake!
We gave Vivienne the bigger pony to ride on and Grandma and Grandpa Varney gave her the small one but she insisted repeatedly to ride on the small white pony. It was funny!
Isabelle gave her a book that she wanted read to her over and over and over! This girl loves books!
We took her to Hogle Zoo for her birthday. She loved seeing the animals but as we were walking out she kept saying "I see horseys."
A little about Vivi:
-Loves her yellow blankie especially a particular corner that she sucks/bites and sticks up her nose and she frequently calls for her "torner". We have named it the "crusty corner" because it is the dirtiest and gets hard from all her sucking.
-Loves to do everything Isabelle is doing! These 2 can play for hours and hours together. They especially love to take baths in mom and dad's big bathtub. Vivi loves her "Belle"! The cutest is after walking Isabelle into school each day Vivi waves and yells "Bye Belle!"
-She loves animals especially horses. She started out calling the "neighs" but now they are "horseys". Anytime we see one she is yelling until we acknowledge. She had enjoyed the few times she has rode on one.
-She loves to read! She will sit by herself and read for long periods of time but she prefers someone to read to her. She will bring us books throughout the day, sit down on our lap and say "read book". It is adorable... and I love the cuddle time!
-Her new favorite is being rocked. She likes her books read to her while she is rocked and then she likes to be held like a baby and sang to. It is so sweet and it is my new favorite as well!
-She has gone to the bathroom once on the toilet... but not more! She loves sitting on her little toilet especially while Isabelle is. I am hoping to have her potty trained soon or possibly Isabelle might potty train her?! No more diapers would be fabulous!
-She hates, hates, hates her car seat which requires enormous amounts of patience in the car especially on long trips. I am hoping she quickly outgrows this stage!
-She is a little smarty pants! She knows most of her letter sounds, letters, shapes, colors and numbers. All that reading and talking with her has paid off well! She loves learning! I love the one on one time I get with her while the other 2 are at school.
-She LOVES nursery! This girl could live permanently in nursery. When we are heading towards the church she yells "church yay!" She has a hard time in sacrament because she wants desperately to go to nursery and if we have to take her out she is worse because she thinks it's time to take her to the nursery room. Yesterday when asked what she does in nursery she said "sing songs, eat snacks, play! Go church Go church!" This is the highlight of her week!
-She loves to sing! One of her favorites is Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and she sings it all the time. It is the sweetest thing!
Vivi is a so fun, happy, busy, strong-willed, easy going and she brings an amazing light into our home! We feel so blessed to have her in our family!
