CeLEbrAtE the hOLiDaYs

When Christmas is over - it's over and done with for me; however, we were out of town for a week and I really wanted to post some pictures from our wonderful holiday season! Sorry. You will just have to bear one more Christmas post! ;)

We had a great Christmas Eve celebration with the Taylor side consisting of a yummy dinner, candy bar sleigh races, family talents, talking about our Savior and opening presents.
This was our sled for the race. It wasn't a winner again this year. If you know Ty losing is NOT an option so it was a good thing grandpa put him in charge of counting down the racers so he had something else to worry about.
Isabelle LOVES her cousin Seth. She pushed him, pulled him, gave him kisses and hugs the entire night!

Ty playing his Christmas songs! We are so proud of how well he is doing on the piano. It's hard to think that his time last year he didn't know anything about the piano. He did a great job! You may not notice but the cutest part was he was singing the words to the song while playing.

Cute picture of Ty with his wonderful piano teacher who happens to also be his fabulous cousin, Elise!

Our family Christmas song...
*To fully understand this you would have had to watch the Wedding Episode of "The Office". It is much funnier than our last minute attempt but at least we can humiliate ourselves and somehow entertain others!

Christmas morning we enjoyed being in our new finished basement to open presents with the kids. Isabelle received a lot of baby and princess toys which she loved! Ty received the much anticipated BYU helmet, personalized jersey (he is #8), shoulder pads, pants and football. He plays football constantly in his full outfit. Santa delivered all the right things to our home!

We spent the week of New Years in St. George with my family. It was WONDERFUL to be on vacation! I had several naps and I slept in almost everyday - one morning until 10:00am! Now that is the way to vacation! Ty played and played and played with cousins - he couldn't get enough and cried when we had to leave. We enjoyed going out to dinner, playing laser tag, going bowling, seeing "Princess and the Frog" and had fun sleeping over at my parents on New Years Eve!

Phew... what a busy 2 weeks but they were WELL enjoyed! And now another great year to look forward to - one that we hope is full of more fun, exciting surprises and good health!
