Parents & Pie

Monday we had the chance to be with Isabelle at school for Parents & Pie Day. She sang "Oh I am glad I'm not a turkey" which was adorable! She knew all the words and had no fear that so many parents were watching. We loved hearing what she was grateful for "to wash dishes with mommy". She is one of my biggest helpers... and always willing which is an added bonus! We enjoyed being served a slice of pumpkin pie (especially Vivienne!) and looking through her school journal. How grateful we truly are for the amazing, beautiful, intelligent, loving, kind, sensitive, confident girl Isabelle is!

Parents and Pie Day

At preschool today we were able to go to "Parents and Pie Day" with Isabelle. Surprisingly she sat the whole time and performed the song and even told what she was thankful for - her family! It was fun to see her sing the same song Ty did at this age. We enjoyed pumpkin pie after with her. I loved watching Isabelle eat her pie since this was the first time she had ever tried pumpkin pie. She needed some whip cream on every bite - Yum!

3 is the age of constant mood swings... I was grateful for this sweet moment today! Can't believe it's Thanksgiving already!!
