Happy School Year's Eve!

I saw this cute idea online at a few different websites and just had to start this new tradition. My kids love doing things like this together and we'll be able to do it twice - once for Ty tonight and for Isabelle on the 30th! I hope this helps the kids know how important they each are to us and of course to relieve some anxiety (mainly for me!).

Our plans are to talk about the school schedule to help alleviate any fears, eat Ty's favorite dinner (homemade pizza) and dessert (strawberry shortcake), have a shower, set out school clothes, get all school supplies ready and packed in backpack, pack up his 1st lunch, watch a movie or read books with treats and go to bed early for a long day ahead!!

Tomorrow will be an even harder day than the first day of kindergarten since he will be gone most of the day. It will be an adjustment for everyone and I really don't know who will have a harder time me, Isabelle or Ty?!
