On December 8th Isabelle had her first dance recital. Her teacher Miss Ali teaches dance in her home and it has worked out really well for Isabelle's personality. She seems to enjoy going and surprisingly she was excited about doing her performances. It was difficult to convince her to wear her costume since it was itchy and she HATED it! The costume was on her mind, before even seeing it she expressed to me her concern about if it would be modest. I was really proud of her and really grateful that of all the costumes her class had the most modest ones. I think her prayers had been answered!
While taking pictures she had very specific instructions on where the pictures
would be taken and what poses she wanted to make! Quite sassy!
