Look who's 32!!

Yikes 32 - that doesn't make me any younger either!! The older we get the better life gets and now Chad can say he's 32 with 3 kids and a fantastic wife what more could he need??!! Happy Happy Birthday to a great guy - my best friend! He is a great dad, husband, brother, friend... and a good bishop who sacrifices much of his own time in service! I know with a newborn and being homebound won't make his birthday too exciting but we hope he will know how much he is loved!! Thanks for all you do Chad!!

One GrEaT Dad

It is great to be able to celebrate fathers and to express gratitude for the many things they do in our lives!

This is what Ty had to say:
I love Daddy because...
-he works for us
-he tells jokes to us
-he loves me
-he's nice to everyone in his family
-he plays sports with me
-he goes on dates with me

When I asked Isabelle if she loved when Daddy plays with her she gave a big smile - so I guess that says it all!

We thank Chad for being dedicated to his many responsibilities especially that of a Father! WE LOVE YOU!

March Madness

I meant to post this earlier however life gets busy and blogging ends up towards the bottom of my to-do list!

There was a proud dad in our house during the starting week of March Madness... can you tell why by looking at the picture?!  Ty was soooo excited about creating his own bracket and being able to watch the games.  He even insisted on having a "picnic" for lunch on the floor so he could watch some of the very first games.  Let me at least say that eating a meal in front of the TV is not something that happens but his excitement for the games and being able to follow his bracket was a good way for me to say yes!

His bracket we printed off for him was highlighted, colored, teams crossed off - he really kept track of everything!  For the final four he picked Boston College against Florida St and BYU against West Kentucky... he was hoping but you have to give it to him he is a BYU fan through and through and he really had a lot of faith to think they would make it to the final four!
